Novias Singapore Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) strives to carry out our business operations with honesty, integrity, humanity and in compliance to relevant laws.
We are committed to the highest possible standards in relation to business ethics and environment, social and governance (ESG), and our commitments include but are not limited to workplace equality, diversity, fairness and net-zero.
This statement sets out the steps we have taken in our financial year ending 31 March 2022 to understand potential modern slavery risks that may exist within our business structure and supply chains, as well as the steps taken to eradicate these risks.
OUR POSITION AND COMMITMENT
Novias recognises the importance of human rights. Our organisation is made up of a sum of unique individuals and we consider modern slavery to be a crime against humanity as we believe the fundamental rights and dignity of all individuals must be respected.
We implement and periodically review our policies and practices to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of our operations and supply chains.

Our relevant processes and procedures include, but are not limited to the following:

Our Third-Party Risk Management Procedures require due diligence and risk assessments to be conducted on our prospective and current third-party service providers. In addition, we also conduct checks on specific vendors for Anti-Money Laundering/ Combating the Financing of Terrorism (“AML/CFT”), financial stability, litigation status and conflict of interest with Novias' staff.

We provide an avenue for our employees to anonymously report or raise concerns or suspected unethical or corrupt behaviour.

We expect our third-party service providers/vendors and their supply chain to share our values, act with integrity in their business activities and comply with laws.
